Owner & Executive Chef – Jake Brockman
We first met Jake when he was a chef a the legendary Vincenzo’s. Since then he has gone on to be the executive chef at Silvio’s and now he has opened his own restaurant, Rickhouse Barbeque. As soon as Jake told me his new concept I knew we had to have him come back to Millie’s and do something 4th of July themed. Jake will be bringing the brisket fresh off the smoker and that is far beyond what I am able to accomplish on the 4th.
