Chef – Kevin Nelson

First time I talked to Kevin about what we do at Millie’s he was the Executive Chef at The Black Jockey’s Lounge.  He cut me off mid-sentence and said, “If it’s for a good cause, I am in”.  I guess it depends on what your definition of “good cause” is.  Luckily, he agreed with my slanted logic that entertaining people with amazing food was a good enough cause.  I am so glad he agreed to do a class with us because after I tried his island style chicken I was going to harass him until he agreed to show us how to cook it at Millie’s.
