Chef – Wes Powell
Typically our Saturday date night classes are done by our resident chef, Kevin Nelson. But Kevin sometimes needs time off because he loves to give back and this time he is helping out at a music camp. With Kevin being off, coupled with Wes always saying that he could do it better than Kevin, we thought it was the perfect time to give Wes the chance to prove it.
We first met Wes when he was the executive sous chef for 8UP. In addition to being one of our most reliable and knowledgeable resident sous chefs, Wes also owns Americana Kitchen and Catering so were are excited for this menu of some of his favorite dishes.
