If you haven’t been to this St. Matthews staple then you are missing out. When you are looking for Vietnamese food, this is the restaurant to try. Lucky for us we were able to lure David back to Millie’s after a 4 year absence. We were finally able to catch him on a break from traveling the world and we are interested to see if he learned anything from all the international cuisine.
