Owners & Executive Chef – Chef Paula & Grillmaster Anthony Hunter
Their story is one that makes you believe that some things were just meant to be. Paula had always relied on her Italian heritage to create amazing dishes. Her husband Anthony preferred to use his skills on the grill. They combined their their 2 passions and Black Italian was born. After a decade of running a successful catering business they decided to open their own restaurant in the Highlands. They opened their restaurant in February of 2020, but the world had other plans with a pandemic. Now with easing restrictions they plan to reopen the restaurant. Thankfully, Paula and Anthony were kind enough to agree to bring a sneak peek of their amazing food to Millie’s.
