Bourbon and Making Chocolate – Valentine’s Day Treats w/ Art Eatables

In this special Valentine’s Day class Kelly will teach you some basics of chocolate.  You will taste bourbon and discuss different chocolate tips and techniques.  During the class you will make four different Valentine’s Day treats:

  • Bourbon Chocolate Ganache Truffle
  • Hand-Painted Poured Chocolate Heart
  • Raspberry Cream Candy
  • Chocolate Dipped Strawberries w/ Drizzle

*Each person will take home a box of chocolates and candy with them
