Q: Do I need to know anything about cooking to take a class?

A: No! The classes are designed for any skill level, and we’re all here to learn and have fun. Don’t worry if you barely know how to cook macaroni – our chefs are here to help.

Q: How much should I spend on a gift certificate?

A: You can always spend any amount you like, but the price for a typical Date Night Class ranges from $120 to $125 for 2 people, depending on food costs.

Q: Can children attend your classes?

A: We can’t accommodate children under 8 years old.  But as for older children, you know the maturity of your child and whether they would enjoy the class. However, both child and adult need to have a ticket to the class they are attending.

Q: What if I want to be placed next to someone I know in the class that signed up separately?

A: Just let us know by calling or sending us an email and we will make the accommodations.  Contact us.

Q: What is the biggest group you can accommodate?

Because of our intimate kitchen setting, Cooking @ Millie’s can only accommodate 32 guests at a time for any private event.  Please let us know if you are planning to bring a group to a class and can accommodate groups up to 10 within a class with advanced notice.  If you’d like to keep a certain group together or are interested in renting our space, just drop us a line.  For classes open to the public we can only accommodate groups of up to 8.

Q: How long do classes last?

A: Classes usually last about 1.5-2 hours, but every meal varies.

Q: Do I need to bring any cooking supplies or utensils?

A: Nope! Unless otherwise specified under the registration, everything you need for the class will be provided here.

Q: What if I have a food allergy?

A: We’re here to make sure each of our guests has a great time.  If you have a special concern, please don’t hesitate, prior to booking to reach out to us.
