The wait is over! You can stop calling and emailing everyday asking when we are going to publish our Valentine’s Day menu. One of our favorites, Chef Josh, has created an amazing 5 course Valentine’s Day Dinner for his class at Millie’s. And, of course, since this is Kentucky we are pairing 3 of the courses with some bourbons choices. Special guest and owner of Bourbon City Creamery, Bob Ehrler, will be making the ice cream for the dessert in person with nitrogen infusion.
First Course- Gnocchi w/ Mushrooms, Parmigiano-Reggiano and Fine Herbs (Four Roses Single Barrel)
Second Course- Charred Onion Salad w/ Mixed Greens, Roasted Pears, Aged Balsamic & Maytag Blue Cheese
Third Course- Tuna Crudo w/ Citrus, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Fresno Chile and Capers (Basil Hayden)
Fourth Course- 40 Day Dry-Aged Prime Ribeye w/ Asparagus Spears and Bordelaise Sauce (Willett Pot Still Reserve)
Fifth Course- Bourbon Banana Bread Pudding w/ Candied Pecans and Ballotin Chocolate Whiskey Infused Ice Cream
