Chris is one of our favorite local chefs even if he won’t shut up about the locally sourced ingredients that are available this time of year at the farmer’s markets.  His case was pretty hard to argue against with words like fresh tomatoes, array of different mushrooms and of course the thick-cut, 1 pound rib-eye steaks.
