It is that time of year again. Hopefully we will have some sense of normalcy again without COVID. We won’t be open Derby week because the city already has so much going on, but we wanted to do a class that has the feel of the city this season. I doubt the city will give us permission to install a betting window, but maybe with these dishes we can still have a good time.
