Back in the olden times of 2019 people would have been at Churchill Downs for the Oaks on the day before the Kentucky Derby, but then COVID ruined everything fun. Well almost everything fun. We decided to do this class to keep the spirit of the Derby alive. I doubt the city will give us permission to install a betting window, but maybe with these dishes we can still have a good time.
