Chef De Cuisine – Jake Brockman
We are excited the have a chef from this legendary restaurant. We had their infamous chef Agostino Gabriele years ago, but he is currently on the mend following surgery. Lucky for us, they were willing to lend us Agostino’s right-hand man for a night. Jake will be doing some of the most popular dishes on their menu and we are so glad to have him back.
