Executive Chef – Casper Van Drongelen
A little over 3 years ago Casper was the executive chef at the rooftop restaurant, 8UP. I met him while we were building the Cooking @ Millie’s location. He was kind enough to do the very first class that we ever had and for that I am eternally grateful. Since then Casper has left Louisville entirely to pursue his passion for Italian food and he is doing it at an amazing place in Corydon, Indiana. Luckily, I was able to convince him to come back to Millie’s for one night to do a class with us making some of the amazing dishes from his restaurant.
