Here at Millie’s we’ve been trying to spice up our menus a little bit and Selena’s reputation for the best cajun food in Louisville seemed like the perfect way to do it. Then we saw that there was a bourbon brandy sauce on the dessert and knew we had made the right choice.
We had their executive chef, Elliott, set to do a class in March and then the world went on lock down. Since then Selena’s was forced to layoff Clayton because of the shutdown, but we loved this menu so we asked him to reschedule for August. Don’t wait to sign up because this class sold out fast when it was scheduled for March.
