After years of working as executive chef at some of the finest restaurants in Louisville, Richard has decided to branch out and open his own restaurant. Whether its from as far back as his time at Shariat’s or his most recent position as the executive chef at Sway, all his experience has led to him to pursue his own unique southern cuisine. Before his restaurant opens Richard is bringing a sneak peek of his new menu to Millie’s.
