Aaron is the visionary behind Noche and he actually did a class with us back in January when the restaurant was just a concept.  Now it is a reality and it is amazing to see someone’s dream actually come to fruition.  I have stopped by there on 2 separate occasions.  Both times the place was packed and the wait was so long I thought it would be easier just to have Aaron come back to Millie’s.  Luckily, he agreed.
