Zac is always on the lists of the chefs in Louisville to watch. After working with the legendary Shawn Ward for years and being trained by Dallas McGarity, Zac has been impressing critics since taking over at Marketplace 3 years ago. We finally got him to come back to Millie’s and no doubt the food will be as amazing as what we have come to expect from him.
