Owner & Executive Chef – Chase Bolden

Chase, also known as Chef B, is a classically trained chef and graduate of the Le Cordon Bleu College Of Culinary Arts in Atlanta, GA.  Chase is best known for his beautiful presentation along with his unique use of herbs & spices.  Chase originally submitted a menu that was amazing, but the complexity of it would have made a beginner’s head explode, but luckily he was willing to tone it down slightly.  Check out some of his amazing dishes on Instagram at ChefB_Exquisite_Cuisines as well as learn the secrets in person during this class.
