Executive Chef – Andrew Welenken
Andrew left the hectic schedule of being the Executive Chef at La Chasse for a more family-friendly work schedule as head of the culinary department at Hanover College, but from time to time he still likes to flex his culinary muscles with a signature menu that he brings to Millie’s. The creativity of this Chopped alumnus always shows through in the unique menus he creates and that why we love having him come back. It’s his fusion of different tastes and his original menus that always make his classes sell out so fast.
