Executive Chef – Andrew Welenken
We first met Andrew when he was fresh off an appearance on Food Network’s Chopped when he was still the Executive Chef of La Chasse. Now he has a much less hectic life as the Executive Chef at Hanover College. Andrew stills likes to spread his fine dining wings from time to time and we are excited when he comes back to Millie’s to do it. Andrew’s menus are a little more daring than our traditional date nights and we think that’s what makes him so good.
