One of our goals for 2020 is to team up with organizations that are giving back to the community and this particular class does just that. Each course of this menu comes straight from the pages of Bluegrass Gatherings by the Junior League Of Louisville. We love this cookbook and will be incorporating some of the signature dishes into some of our classes throughout the year. And when it comes to Derby time menus their cookbook is perfect.
