The idea of bourbon the week before Thanksgiving dinner with the in-laws was so appealing to everyone the original class on 11/23 sold out in 3 days. Not to worry, we added this second class to the schedule.
We constantly get asked since this is Kentucky, why we don’t cook more with bourbon. Well, we finally figured out a menu we liked using bourbon in each course so here it is. The chef had me at bacon bourbon meatballs! Especially the week before Thanksgiving, this is about as far removed from a turkey dinner as you can get.
