Mozzarella and Ricotta

In two hours, you can make both of these delicious cheeses better than anything in a store. It’s inexpensive and is great in so many dishes, both sweet and savory.  Each student will make both cheeses that they can take home with them.  There will also be samplings of dishes made with these cheeses.
