Executive Chef – Justin Cruz
Justin is the chef that just opened LouLou On Market in NULU. While he has kept some house favorites on the menu, he has put a renewed emphasis on the Cajun cuisine as well as introducing some fine dining options. There is even a speakeasy, Stave, in the basement of the new location. The owner made the right decision to hire Justin to open this restaurant. And we would know because Justin was our resident chef years ago. We also know that he is the perfect person to do a Cajun themed date night class. We are so excited to welcome him back, even if it is only for one night.
