We are so excited because we have tried for years to get Serge to do a class with us at Millie’s and he finally agreed to do it.  After his notable time at Vincenzo’s, Serge had to branch out on his own.  Serge’s culinary DNA is a rare blend of his skills with Italian food along with cultural fusion drawing on his Eastern European heritage.
