Ciao was opened with the vision of bringing authentic Italian food infusing with the owner’s heritage stretching back to her grandparents from Calibria, Italy.  And if you have eaten there then you know that Bridgette has done a wonderful job bringing that vision to life.  Lucky for us she agreed to let us steal her amazing executive chef for one night to lead a class through some of their amazing dishes.
