Executive Chef – Andrew Conner
We do menus with steak all the time, but when you want to do it right you bring in an expert. Andrew is the chef in charge of the amazing steakhouse inside the glamorous Omni Hotel and he was nice enough to let us steal him away from the restaurant for a night. To be honest, it did take multiple times of me stopping by and begging for him to do the class and I am pretty sure the staff at Bob’s thinks I am stalking him, but evidently it worked.
