Executive Chef – Chris McIntosh
We do menus with steak all the time, but when you want to do it right you bring in an expert. Chris is the chef in charge of the amazing steakhouse inside the glamorous Omni Hotel. His experience stretches back to when he was at Le Moo and Eddie Merlot’s before that so I would definitely say he has experience with steaks. Luckily, Bob’s Steak & Chop House was nice enough to let us steal him away from the restaurant for a night.
